Sweet coral grapefruit juice

Started the day with this beautiful sweet coral grapefruit base juice: 3 red grapefruits + 2 Fuji apples + 1 carrot. You can add an inch of ginger for spice kick!

Watermelon mint slushie

Super refreshing slushy: Frozen watermelon pieces + fresh mint leaves and blend it all together! No need to add water or ice.

Berrilicious Peach Smoothie


Got an antioxidant boost with this Berrilicious peach smoothie! 

You’ll need: 

  • 1 banana 
  • 1 small box of blackberries (½ cup) 
  • ½ box of blueberries (½ cup) 
  • 8 strawberries 
  • ½ cup of frozen or fresh peach 
  • ¾ cup of coconut water + a splash of soy or almond milk (depending on how thick you like your smoothies) 

Blend it up and voilà! The antioxidants in berries are full of fiber, help reduce inflammation and a great source of folate! Vitamin C is also a strong antioxidant found in berries, helping to contribute to radiant skin, healthy hair and eyesight.

Sweet Beet

Tried this sweet beet juice recipe today! Here's what I used:

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 red apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 inch ginger
  • 2 beets
  • Small bunch of kale leaves

It was delicious, super sweet though (can replace red apples for granny smith). So might cut an orange and add some lemon instead and add more ginger to spice it up!

Green River

I’ve been juicing for over a year now and my life has literally changed since I started. Used to have a lot of heartburn problems and was feeling tired all the time. Now I start my days with some fresh juice, I feel a lot more energetic, refreshed and recharged. You should definitely give it a try! An immediate nutrition boost to jumpstart your mornings!

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 handfuls of kale (w/o the stems)
  • 1 handful of parsley (optional)
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 asian pear 
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • 1 inch of peeled ginger

Deep immune

Everybody’s getting sick around me! So I’m stocking up on fruits and veggies to make nourishing juices! This one is a recipe from one of Fresh’s cookbook. It’s call the Deep Inmune, ingredients are :

  • 4 red apples 🍎
  • 2 inches of ginger
  • 1 lemon 🍋
  • 1 banana 🍌
  • 6 soaked & pitted dates
  • Echinacea drops

First juice the apples, ginger and lemon. Then transfer juice to blender and blend on high speed the banana and dates. Then, on a small pot heat the amount you want to drink now and finally add some echinacea drops! This drink is perfect for ridiculously cold days like today! You can also sprinkle some cayenne pepper or cinnamon on top for an extra kick. 

Tropical Spinach Smoothie

I got my vitamix a couple of years ago, I was beyond stoke! This was one of the first recioe I tried: 

  • 1 banana
  • 2 small handful of spinach leaves
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ¾ cup of frozen peach
  • 1 cup of water (or orange juice or coconut water)

Blend and enjoy
