Everybody’s getting sick around me! So I’m stocking up on fruits and veggies to make nourishing juices! This one is a recipe from one of Fresh’s cookbook. It’s call the Deep Inmune, ingredients are :

  • 4 red apples 🍎
  • 2 inches of ginger
  • 1 lemon 🍋
  • 1 banana 🍌
  • 6 soaked & pitted dates
  • Echinacea drops

First juice the apples, ginger and lemon. Then transfer juice to blender and blend on high speed the banana and dates. Then, on a small pot heat the amount you want to drink now and finally add some echinacea drops! This drink is perfect for ridiculously cold days like today! You can also sprinkle some cayenne pepper or cinnamon on top for an extra kick.
