Goodbye 2015, hello 2016!

Exactly a year ago I was sitting on the edge of my seat, excited to be starting my INN health coaching classes in January 2015. From the moment I read about health coaching I knew I was meant for it. I've always been interested in helping others unleash their potential, to help them be the best version of themselves and fulfill their passions. But I wasn't sure how. 

Now, a year later I've graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a certified health coach! I'm beyond excited to start applying my tools in helping others live a balanced, fulfilling life. There's so much to do and so little time! 

2015 have been an intense year for me. A year with many new challenges, ups and downs. I am grateful for all the people in my life who have supported me and helped me grow. I had so much going that I was constantly burnt out. I love everything I do but need to definitely manage my time better. Learning to let go of the little things and to get distractions away (social media/technology is my drug!). For next year I vow to take better care of myself:

  • Sleep more (make it a priority!)
  • Less coffee
  • Make time for myself
  • Schedule my weeks (take distractions out)
  • Less internet/social media
  • More one on one time with friends, family
  • Read more books
  • Mindfulness in my days
  • Cook more and experiment

Just to list a few ;) the goal is to create healthier habits and long lasting changes.

And as always, to create awareness, inspire action, trigger change and empower others with everything I do!
